The Wounded Healers Program is a 4-day in-person program that takes place at Immersive Therapies. Over our 4-day program you’ll learn about the promise of psilocybin assisted therapy in an experential context. You’ll meet other healthcare providers experiencing burnout, experience the transformational experience of psilocybin first-hand, and hold space for another provider as they experience it first-hand.
Psilocybin therapy is still federally illegal and is not covered by insurance. This program is paid out-of-pocket. The price is $3,000 and covers the program only, not airfare, lodging, or food. However, we have scholarships available and will work with any licenses and practicing healthcare provider to make this work.

After years spent treating chronic pain, managing complex cases, and navigating the opioid crisis from inside the system, Dr. Frank Li hit a wall. The weight of suffering, the brokenness of the system, and the slow erosion of his own purpose pushed him into a spiral of burnout. A single, life-changing experience with psilocybin-assisted therapy cracked something open—and gave him access to clarity, compassion, and connection he hadn’t felt in years.
Mark has spent decades in the field of mental health—as a front-line therapist, a systems leader, and an inspector general overseeing behavioral health care across two states. He’s seen where our systems fail the people who work within them. His own psilocybin experience dismantled years of emotional armor and reconnected him to the kind of presence and healing he thought he’d lost for good. Now, he’s bringing that same depth of care to fellow providers ready for something real.
